Art Eddy talks with Chris Sonnenburg, executive producer and supervising director of Tangled: The Series on Disney Channel; based on Walt Disney Animation Studios acclaimed feature film.

With over 20 years of experience in the animation industry, Sonnenburg began his career at Disney Feature Animation in 1994 working on films such as Pocahontas, Hercules, Mulan, Tarzan, and Fantasia 2000. Later in his career, he worked with James Baxter Animation as an assistant director on the 2D sequences for Disney’s Enchanted and DreamWorks Animation Kung Fu Panda.

A native of San Bernardino, California, Sonnenburg currently resides in Santa Clarita, California, with his wife, Janelle, and two teenage daughters, Arianna and Catalina. He enjoys building movie prop replicas with friends and spending quality time with his family.

Tangled: The Series premieres Friday, March 10 at 8pm on Disney Channel.

Art Eddy and Zach Rosenberg chat with Rob LaDuca and Mark Seidenberg, who are the producers for the new Disney Junior’s animated series Mickey and the Roadster Racers.

The series is a madcap car-racing adventure series for preschoolers led by Disney’s No. 1 star, Mickey Mouse, and his pals Minnie, Pluto, Goofy, Daisy and Donald, will make its television debut in a simulcast Sunday, January 15th at 9:00 and 9:25 a.m. EST on Disney Channel and Disney Junior. Two more episodes will premiere Monday, January 16th at 9:00 and 9:25 a.m. EST on Disney Channel. Episodes will also be available on the Disney Junior app and Disney Junior VOD beginning Sunday, January 15, and on iTunes beginning Monday, January 16.

NASCAR stars, Jimmie Johnson, Danica Patrick and Jeff Gordon, recur as race car drivers Jiminy Johnson, Danni Sue and Gordon Gear, respectively. Additional guest stars include television personality Jay Leno as announcer Billy Beagle; Tim Gunn as Robbie Roberts; Gordon Ramsay as Chef Oxley; Hoda Kotb as Mrs. Sweetums; Peter Serafinowicz as Dr. Crutchley; Jane Leeves as the Queen of England; Fred Willard as Mr. Doozy; Hector Elizondo as Grandpa Beagle; Tony Shalhoub as Luigi; Kate Micucci as Emmy Lou; Tia Carrere as Antie Olina; and comedian Patton Oswalt as Mr. McSnorter.

Justin Sabo is one of the co-founders Digital Dream Labs. Justin graduated with a Master of Entertainment Technology from Carnegie Mellon University and is currently a professional Game Designer in Pittsburgh, PA. He cares deeply about the user experience, especially the feeling of control in any interactive media. He has been designing video, card, board, and dice games since Christmas of ’89 when he was given a Nintendo Entertainment System. In his spare time, he has an interest in short film-making.

Prior to his graduate efforts, Justin studies computer science and mathematics and professionally used his graphic design skills to create websites and client advertisements. He also utilized online marketing techniques and search engine optimization (SEO) to increase visibility for company websites.

Art Eddy talks with the cast from Disney XD‘s new show, MECH-X4. First he talks with actor, Raymond Cham, and then he chats with the executive producers of the show, Steve Marmel and Anupam Nigam.

In MECH-X4 Ryan Walker is a typical freshman at Bay City High until he discovers he is a “technopath” with the extraordinary ability to control technology with his mind. His superpower mysteriously awakens a 150-foot robot known as MECH-X4 and Ryan can command its every move.

When monsters suddenly begin to descend upon the city, Ryan recruits his two best friends, Harris and Spyder, and his older brother Mark to help him operate the robot’s high-tech defense system while he pilots MECH-X4. The four unlikely teenage heroes must quickly learn how to work together as a team to maneuver MECH-X4, their only hope of saving their town and ultimately the world.
